While we coordinate the dispatch and service standards, the actual pest control work is performed by licensed network technicians who may be employees, contractors, or independent service providers.
3. Service Eligibility
To request service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal authority to authorize pest control treatment at the service address
- Provide accurate contact and service information
- Pay the agreed-upon service fees
4. Scheduling and Service
Same-Day Service
While we offer same-day service in most areas, response times depend on technician availability, geographic location, weather, and the nature of your pest issue. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time, though we strive to dispatch quickly.
Free Inspection
Initial inspections are provided at no cost. After inspection, the technician will provide a written quote for any recommended treatment. You are not obligated to proceed.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us at least 2 hours before the scheduled arrival window. Last-minute cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may incur a trip fee.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices vary based on the type of pest, size of property, severity of infestation, and treatment required. All pricing is provided before work begins and is flat-rate — no hidden fees.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods at the technician's discretion.
6. Service Guarantee
If the targeted pest returns within 30 days of the initial treatment, we will return and re-treat the affected area at no additional charge, subject to the following:
- You must report the recurrence to us within the 30-day window
- The original service must have been paid in full
- Any post-treatment instructions provided by the technician must have been followed
- The guarantee does not cover new infestations from a different pest or new entry points created after treatment
The guarantee does not apply to wood-destroying organisms (such as termites) covered under separate warranty terms, or to wildlife removal jobs.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure effective treatment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the pest issue and property
- Allow the technician safe access to affected areas
- Follow post-treatment instructions, including any waiting periods for re-entry
- Keep pets and children away from treated areas as instructed
- Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions relevant to the treatment
8. Safety and Treatments
We use EPA-approved pesticides and follow all label instructions. However, all pesticides carry some level of risk if mishandled. Customers with allergies, asthma, pregnancy concerns, or other health conditions should inform the technician before treatment so appropriate methods can be chosen.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions when post-treatment instructions are not followed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service
- We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing infestation or conditions outside our control
- Wildlife removal carries inherent risks; we do not guarantee 100% prevention of future wildlife entry
⚖️ Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree not to:
